Returns and Refunds

7-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

To return an item, email [email protected] with your order number and ship it back by mail.

Return shipping is free for exchanges. For refunds, the return shipping fee is the same as the standard shipping rate for your region (USD 5.99 for the US and Canada, USD 3.99 for Europe, USD 6.99 for Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
